Shipping Policy
AreJean Enterprises (trading as Purifye)

1. Shipping Coverage
Purifye currently ships within South Africa. We are working on expanding our shipping coverage to additional regions in the future.

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) – R90

  • Express Shipping (1-3 business days) – R140
    Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service availability.

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over R1400.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery progress.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@purifye.store. If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@purifye.store with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.

8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Purifye is not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

9. Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or cancelled before they are shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.
